Client Highlight....

I want to congratulate Logan for staying focused in his journey since we first started working together.

He was very receptive to constructive criticism as well as living the lifestyle of an athlete and now a role model to many.  You can read his story and see a few videos as well.

Been a while from posting yet still focusing on improvements in many ways

Often times even I find myself questioning the path I am on. Wondering if I am being truthful to myself in matching energy and purpose. Over the years I have realized through friends, clients and loved ones that we are not in control of how or when we are viewed as a role model or as an example. If you're going to do something without purpose it will often equate to minimal results. When we find reasons, motivations and or a short term/long term purpose; it unlocks the ability to achieve so much more and at a faster rate. I have come to also realize that its not as important as to what the purpose is or motivation as long as it enables you to focus and work hard. No need to share it or post it even as long as you know yourself what you visualize and use for that motivation! Discouragement is only a word that questions your desire! I can admit the things I have created working hard for and struggling for have been more rewarding and memorable. This being said..."life happens" This is a greater good that will happen when we know the big picture and work to chip away at each goal. Think about what will help your goals and what you may need to sacrifice. From personal experience....new doors will open and things get a lot easier mentally once you can commit 100% to yourself with a purpose.

Been a while, but I am still moving forward

Thank you for checking in with me. I have been MIA I know and am not proud of that. However, I have been in transition with life.
I stay true to my east coast roots while never forgetting what I learn out west. The people I interact with on a daily basis influence my passions and dedication to be the best me possible. The group I have chosen to rely on have proven to me that whether you are an army of two or ten, the only satisfaction we have in success lies within the ability for the team to have trust, faith and motivation from one another.I used to question my focus and path until I was reminded that the learning process is never ending and the lessons that make you stronger and more aware,  keep you in the forward direction. Although we often feel we are going back or in a stand still at time...faith is what reminds us later that it was all for the right reasons. Today I see what I am capable of and what I focus on I can achieve. It is not a bad thing to lean on another's support, unless they are not out for your best interest. It is one thing to have something in front of you,it is another to commit and know what is right. sacrifices are called that as we take a risk. No risk can mean no success.

Use your passions and strong points to motivate you.

Here is a little update on myself as I look forward in my east coast roots

Under Contruction and Perception

Friday, Feb 08, 2013

Over the past few months I have been pushing hard to break the 216lb mark. In the process I have learned a lot about myself and the journey it takes physically and mentally. I believe in focusing more on what you want then on what you do not want. Here is a perfect example with muscle attracting muscle and fat attracts more fat! Muscle burns 50calories per pound about than fat. So can we say it is possible to burn fat at a higher rate as we build muscle?

I think it is very possible. If we go through our workouts and day thinking about what we intend to create it is like looking in the mirror and only seeing what we intend to create. The more you look into that mirror the more your mind per-sieves and can achieve! Like cutting pics out of our ideal bodies in magazines and people we look up too. Motivation comes in many forms. Although not overnight, but after months of visualizing and believing in yourself....

we look at ourselves and say.." well damn!! I always focused on this and now it is here!."

So now we get the body we want and either want more...which is understandable since we always want better and better...or we now have to learn to keep what we have which can be harder than the achievement.

It takes a team to reach and maintain. Most important part is you! You have to believe it can be done and never allow others to influence your goals unless they are on your team. Keeping an open mind is key in addition to learning from experience. Over the next few months I will continue to uncover my potential and push the limit with my team!

I always intend to reach many people with my practice/craft. I like to lead by example and come across as approachable.

Here is an update into my world as a competitor, mentor and coach.

Update and info 2

Sunday, Dec 23, 2012

This picture is an update on my progress towards my goals for the year which officially start 2013!

I am about 209lb +/-

I am working on a few projects at the moment that will be a work in progress as I look for investors for my ideas. I always like to do things myself when it comes to money, but in order to accomplish my visions I do not mind like minded peoples support.

I will keep updated on whats new as parts unfold to my project.

It is a chain linked project that will focus on elite athletes as well as mothers in fitness and reaching your goals after 40 in health and fitness.

I am working right now on more blood type additions, as well as a diabetic project with food and supplementation.

Thank you,

SHOW TIME TIMELINE

Saturday, Dec 08, 2012

For the entire year in CA 2012 I was focused on doing 2-3 shows max. The Plan had been to reach light-heavy status and hold it which I did. Then the new spin on things brought me into the cut of 176.25lbs.

The first week I actually started gaining more weight! It was almost like my mind was not fully committed to my new task and instead fixated on the year I had programed in my head of light-heavyweight!So...I called upon good ol...visualization and envisioned 176! Put up banners in my room to do with middleweight class.

I Still entered all of the shows I had planned too in the east coast despite the storms and power outages which were only isolated around the events. Just goes to show you that you mind has to be as powerful and more often times than your body! Not to get psyched out or deterred from the primary goal.

Here are some of the shots from respectful RxMuscle and MD that were captured at the shows.

                                                                                                           2nd place NPC EAST COAST

Nationals 2012 ATL (RESULTS: Did not place in top 5.)

Came home from this show with a 3rd place finish and a new fuel for my visions of taking care of business in 2013!

Much thanks to my sponsors, fans, friends, loved ones and the great support and balance I was provided by a one and only prep Coach Fakhri Mubarak!

Prep here Prep there everywhere a prep prep!!

Monday, Dec 03, 2012

Prep was on schedule as coach Fakhri made sure I was eating enough, weight was in line, and I was always improving in some way. Actually the most food I have ever eaten in my life for a how and in general really! I was getting in about as much as off season and more! how how the body speeds up and becomes a machine if you let it. I also have a few laws I abide by while I prep which I will share on my next blog. These I know have helped me transform my physique as well as metabolism to get pealed and stay leaner side for off season besides from my loyal support team.

 Thank you,
