Work Experience:
I uncovered my passions for health and fitness while training for my first of many bodybuilding shows at the age of 16. After competing for twenty plus years I continue adding wisdom towards improving my life and those around me. Bodybuilding has taught me discipline, dedication and the great importance food plays on performance on mind, body and emotions. Through my experience I develop specific tailored meal plans to most individual’s goals, job, lifestyle, environment, and obstacles present or arise.
While living in Connecticut I volunteered at my local Hospital’s Nutrition center to increase my awareness and knowledge for accommodating a wide variety of diets applied to healthy and critical needs individuals. Attending The University of Rhode Island’s Dietetic  four year program with honors as a  Bachelors in Science I became skilled with Food Science, Food Management, Nutrition applied to infants, children, adults and older adults, along with detailed nutrition applied too: Athletic performance, Pregnancy, and nutrition while dealing with diseases.
Moving from Connecticut to California enhanced my learning for making a differences in the lives of others through many coexisting food methods, herbal remedies', and advances in supplementation.
As I am devoted to assisting you reach your greatest potential through my attention to detail and comprehending your individual needs; it is never too late to make a change.
I work with many clients ranging from young adults looking to gain or lose eight; to older adults looking to simply enhance their quality of life.
My lifestyle represents practicing what I preach as I view my health approach to food and supplementation as a direct relation to physical, internal and emotional wellbeing.
I look forward to helping to educate you too on how the right foods and specified planning can change your life.
As I relocated to the east coast from California, I started a new career in Law Enforcement, which called for many physical and mental tests. After almost four years of working patrol in a high crime area town I found myself drawn back to the fitness and health industry. In that time I learned a great deal as I was tested on many levels and worked very hard to be respected and do the best I could under many circumstances. I even competed in local and national bodybuilding shows which required me to continue my dedication to cardio, training, food preparation; on top of an 8-16hr day sometimes. In that time, I wrote a book called "Nutrition On the Job" which was aimed towards helping first responders (AMR, Fire, police and corrections officers) on health and fitness for applying decisions for their own needs when it comes to food and supplementation.
In addition to my abilities working for myself in health I chose to work with a Telemedicine company to share my strength for: reading detailed bloodwork results, organizing a plan of action for bettering each person's overall wellbeing assigned to a virtual doctor consultation I took part in. Keeping in communication for over ninety (90) clients was a very tedious and serious job which I learned many additional skills for health awareness.
Currently I am focused on a newer complete approach too oneness/wellness. This involves a three part "Physical, Internal, and Emotional" combination. Setting up more virtual consultations for each part, and a combined course as well.
Physical involving training in and out of the gym, applied physical activity.
Internal ranging from food, herbs, supplementation.
Emotional ranging from how (mind) thoughts, events on internal/external stresses or happiness are dealt, uncovering blocked, trauma, responses versus triggered items. Focusing on positive reinforcements and planning.
