Recently I have driven cross country from CA to CT to work with new clients and focus upon new goals. Many of you who have followed me know that I had been traveling back and forth often. I have made the decision to call CT my home base, yet will always respect where I have learned so much about health and fitness inside and out as well as keep the friendships and support from Venice,CA.

I remain involved in competitive bodybuilding with a nationals eye while working with near and far clients on reaching their full potentials.     I am thankful for the team I have as well; and look forward to the journey I accepted!
