Posing is a valuable part of contest preparation as we all know. However not all body types are the same and can pose the same.
With the proper tweaks during posing practice you can not only bring a more conditioned physique,but a bigger one as well!
I have been working with Chris Cormier in order to learn how to is
play my body the best for now and how to dial my condition in even more
by using his specific detailed posing practice protocols. They work and
aint easy!
I will update with progress and how my week pans out for practicing and my methods of last week show preparations.
