Been a while, but I am still moving forward

Friday, Apr 12, 2013

Thank you for checking in with me. I have been MIA I know and am not proud of that. However, I have been in transition with life.
I stay true to my east coast roots while never forgetting what I learn out west. The people I interact with on a daily basis influence my passions and dedication to be the best me possible. The group I have chosen to rely on have proven to me that whether you are an army of two or ten, the only satisfaction we have in success lies within the ability for the team to have trust, faith and motivation from one another.I used to question my focus and path until I was reminded that the learning process is never ending and the lessons that make you stronger and more aware,  keep you in the forward direction. Although we often feel we are going back or in a stand still at time...faith is what reminds us later that it was all for the right reasons. Today I see what I am capable of and what I focus on I can achieve. It is not a bad thing to lean on another's support, unless they are not out for your best interest. It is one thing to have something in front of you,it is another to commit and know what is right. sacrifices are called that as we take a risk. No risk can mean no success.

Use your passions and strong points to motivate you.

Here is a little update on myself as I look forward in my east coast roots.

Thank you,

Posing Aint No Joke with "THE REAL DEAL CHRIS CORMIER"

Thursday, Jul 14, 2011

Posing is a valuable part of contest preparation as we all know. However not all body types are the same and can pose the same.

With the proper tweaks during posing practice you can not only bring a more conditioned physique, but a bigger one as well!

I have been working with Chris Cormier in order to learn how to is play my body the best for now and how to dial my condition in even more by using his specific detailed posing practice protocols. They work and aint easy!

I will update with progress and how my week pans out for practicing and my methods of last week show preparations.

The Journey Begins Again!

Saturday, Aug 14, 2010

After a good rest from weight training following two big NPC shows in California ;(Cal state & West coast classic) I have prepared myself mentally and physically for a new challenge ahead. Staying true to my practice what I preach I did enjoy the rest, but continued my cardio while added lean muscle. Now I bring the gym to a whole new level with "1,000 rep" style! YES one-thousand reps. Introduced form the family which has always brought me top quality sport supplements, special formulations for my shows and shoots. So far I have learned it is more of a mind confusion and desire to go "beyond shredded"/beyond what you would like to see as...normal and into the realm of the uncomfortable! haha. I will start to track my progress during the journey, while paying attention to the behind the gym scenes of : cooking, diet, Contoured Nutrition business, my take on visualization for training and life as a whole, family and friend interactions as well as hot spots for my shopping needs.
